桌球心得 -- 能屈能伸!!

攻擊不好
接發球
站位太靠近桌子，重心太高；試著離開一點，多些預判

進入相持後
身體沒有跟著球轉 (重心太高，腳不靈活)

防守不好
發球被搶攻的防守不好
應該要下意識，被搶攻後就馬上退半步

落點控制不好
注意不好接短球的情形，就不要硬擺，造成一板就失分的情形

優點：發短球注意第一落點，對喜歡發力的人有效
拉球有感覺，但注意預備動作和重心交換
想到做到的執行率有提高，但不夠完全 (要減少發力甩的情形)
反手落點集中在球拍中間，能夠注意借力發力的轉手腕和完全借力的擺板型
