It is  usually   connected   to   allergic  reaction or other forms of hypersensitivity . eczema eczema  | ˈɛksɪmə ,  ˈɛkzɪmə |  noun  [ mass noun ]  a medical condition in which patches of skin become rough and inflamed with blisters which cause itching and bleeding .
